Ordina il tuo ritratto - order your portrait
Ecco tutte le informazioni che devi sapere per poter ordinare il tuo ritratto. Il prezzo varia in base alla dimensione, al numero di soggetti da ritrarre e allo sfondo personalizzato. Dai un'occhiata alla tabella qui sotto:

SFONDO PERSONALIZZATO
Tutti i miei ritratti hanno normalmente un colore di sfondo scelto insieme a te, in base al tuo gusto o stile. Se vuoi avere uno sfondo particolare (per esempio lo sfondo originale della foto di referenza) il prezzo varierà in base alla complessità.
PAGAMENTO
Il pagamento è da effettuarsi tramite PayPal. Una volta confermato il ritratto con le sue caratteristiche è richiesto il 50% dell'importo subito come caparra prima dell’ inizio del dipinto, e il restante 50% a ritratto concluso pronto per la spedizione. In caso di recesso a ritratto già iniziato la caparra non sarà restituita. La spedizione non è compresa nel costo.
SPESE DI SPEDIZIONE
Le spese di spedizione sono di €25 su territorio nazionale e comprende una cornice a giorno, vetro o plexiglass, che protegga il ritratto in viaggio (il pastello secco è facilmente rimovibile se toccato). Le istruzioni per procedere al cambio di cornice saranno incluse all’ interno del pacco. Per spedizioni internazionali il costo sarà di € 60.
FOTO DI REFERENZA
È necessario disporre di foto in alta qualità non sfuocate, scattate alla luce naturale del giorno, con luce frontale all’ animale (non dietro). Anche le foto scattate con i moderni cellulari vanno bene, purché abbiano un’ alta risoluzione e non siano compresse.
La foto dev’essere scattata all’ altezza degli occhi dell’ animale. E' importante che non ci siano ombre o il riflesso del flash nei suoi occhietti. È indispensabile che il pelosetto non sia coperto da oggetti (come palle o giochi vari) a meno che non li si voglia a sua volta nel ritratto. Mandami le tue foto via mail e discuteremo insieme quale sia meglio usare.

CUSTOMIZED BACKGROUND
All my portraits normally come with background color chosen with you based on your style or preference. If you want to have a particular background (like the original one on the reference photo) price will change according to complexity.
PAYMENT
Payment is done on PayPal. Once portrait specifics are confirmed I ask 50% upfront payment and 50% payment at portrait completion prior to shipping.
In case of cancelation if I started already the portrait, the advance payment is non refundable.
Shipment is not included in the portrait cost.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost are €25 on all italian territory and includes a clip frame, glass or plexiglass, to protect the portrait during travel (as pastel is easily ruined if touched). Included you will find intructions on how to easily change the frame.
International shipping cost is €60.
REFERENCE PICTURE
It's required to have high quality, non-blurred pictures, taken with natural daylight, with light coming from the front (not from the back of the animal). Pictures taken with modern smartphones are ok too, if they are not compressed and with high resolution.
Picture must be taken framing the animal's eyes, not from above nor from below. It's important to avoid shadows or flash's reflex. It's imperative there are no objects covering the pet, even partially, unless you want them in the portrait too. Send me your photos via email and we'll discuss together which one to use.
